Pick and Pack Worker - Kelly Services : Job Details

Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail Schedule pickups with UPS/ FedEx and other carriers Determine the most efficient shipping methods and complete all necessary documentation Receiving & Inventory Management: Load/unload trucks using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts) Inspect incoming deliveries and verify packing slips Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies or damages Warehouse Organization & Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow safety protocols and report hazards or issues promptly Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred 24 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics Experience with UPS/ FedEx shipping systems Sit-down forklift experience required (certification a plus, or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Basic computer skills and ab...Worker, Retail, Staffing, Shipping, Warehouse
