Physicians' Specialists of Maine is a rapidly growing, physician-owned group designed to restore autonomy, purpose, and financial control to today's healthcare providers. Whether you're a specialist, a surgeon, a primary care provider, or a nurse practitioner, we offer a unique opportunity to practice independently without going it alone.

We provide the full practice infrastructure — from billing and credentialing to staffing and payer contracts — so you can focus on high-quality, personalized care while we handle the rest.

While we are urgently looking to partner with an experienced Primary Care Physician interested in concierge medicine (with or without interest in aesthetic services), all specialties — including surgeons and advanced practice providers (NPs) — are encouraged to inquire. 🩺 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in a concierge and or traditional model

• Develop long-term relationships with a consistent panel of patients

• Optional: Offer or expand aesthetic medicine services (training provided if needed)

• Participate in growing the practice and shaping its direction with other physician-owners

• Maintain high standards of patient care and service quality

✅ Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in your medical or surgical specialty

• Active or eligible for a Maine state medical license

• Minimum 2–3 years post-residency experience preferred

• Interest or experience in concierge medicine strongly preferred

• Passion for patient-centered care and interest in independent practice

• Bonus: Interest or experience in aesthetic medicine for primary care or women's health provider
