Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services - Part Time Employed Loan Repayment Compensation: Compensation is negotiable and will be based on an hourly rate. Additional Info: Impact at scale: Support high-risk youth (e.g., foster care, legal system,etc). -Clinical leadership hybrid: Treat youth directly supervise residents (Creedmoor Post Graduate Year 3 Psychiatry Residents), NPs, and program leaders. Split your time between direct clinical care (40%) and strategic leadership (60%), guiding child psychiatry across NYC's largest social services nonprofit. -Minimum of 7 hours requried for part-time. Help supervise a caseload of patients. An occasional one-time evaluation may be needed during other hours for a client not on caseload but the role is mostly supervisory -Lead innovation - Drive protocols, quality initiatives, and new youth initiatives QUALIFICATIONS: -Active DEA and New York State license as a psychiatrist required. -Approved PECOS and OPRA status in NY state required. -Psychiatrists must be board certified in child psychiatry. -Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise
