Physician– ER/Hospitalist/Urgent Care - H&H Leadership Solutions : Job Details

H&H Leadership Solutions invites you to explore the outstanding Physician opportunity with Sedgwick County Health Center! Located close to the Colorado/Nebraska border, Sedgwick County Health Center is a Critical Access Hospital with 15 licensed beds, a 32-room nursing home and a 10-unit assisted living facility. They operate three provider clinics, one in Julesburg, CO, one in Big Springs, NE, and one in Chappell, NE.

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off

Urgent Care: During the on-call days, handle limited urgent care cases in the clinic.

Clinical Details:

Low Patient Volumes:

• Emergency Department: ~4–5 patients/day
• Inpatient Census: ~2 patients/day
• Limited urgent care clinic visits during 1st call days

EMR: Cerner + Dragon Dictation

Support Staff: Strong nursing, hospital staff, and APP team

Scope: ED, Inpatient, Swing Bed, Urgent Care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Board certified/board eligible in Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure.
• Current CPR, BLS, ATLS& ACLS Certifications
• Current DEA.
• Clean background and drug screen.
• 2+ years of emergency and/or primary care experience preferred
