We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider who will help carry out our mission and provide the right care at the right time, enhancing the well-being and health of the patient we serve. What We're Looking For: A compassionate provider who meets high professional standards A team player with a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance Familiarity with managed care and Medicare populations Basic computer and EMR proficiency About the position Clinic-based role with inpatient coverage responsibilities Monday through Friday schedule, and no nights No call obligation Collaborative work environment, joining our experienced, board-certified urologist Our Urology Services Include: Bladder and kidney cancer care Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treatment Erectile dysfunction and low testosterone management Kidney stone treatment and nephrectomy Male infertility and vasectomy services Prostate cancer care Urinary incontinence treatment Your Role Will Include: Conducting comprehensive physical exams and health assessments Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic studies Developing and managing patient care plans Providing patient education and counseling Prescribing and evaluating tests and treatments Documenting clinical findings using EMR systems Qualifications: Physician Assistant : Master's degree, active PA license Current Virginia medical license (or eligibility) DEA registration for controlled substances Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Experience in urology or a related specialty preferred Why Join Riverside?
