Assist in 2 OR days/week and 3 clinic days/week Conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations Perform wound care, dressing changes, and suture/staple removal Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., imaging, labs) Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-op care Monitor for post-operative complications and coordinate follow-up care See patients independently once acclimated (goal: 15 patients/day) Participate in a wide range of plastic and hand surgery cases No call responsibilities.
