Description Published Description: Location: Centralia, IL Pay Rate: Up to: 2294.40/Week Start Date: 08/25/2025 to 11/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Positions: 1 Shift Type: Days Hours Per Day: 8 Discipline: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: SNF Experience preferred but not required, open to new grads! SNF experience would be ideal. This is a replacement position for a contractor. M-F would be ideal but open to other schedules as needed ( ex: Tues-Sat, Weds-Sun etc ). 30 hour guarantee per week but will work up to 40.
