We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team at Memorial Health! What You'll Do: Reviews and evaluates outpatients and inpatients referred to Physical Therapy by physicians; performs tests and measures and evaluates findings; establishes patient care plans including short term and long term goals with designated treatments required by individual patients; communicates patient needs with patient and/or families to gain cooperation and involvement in treatment; instructs patients and/or families in conducting prescribed treatments at home when indicated.
