Role Focus: As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals within an outpatient setting. Required Profile (Qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Required). (Master's degree preferred) .
• License: Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) (Required).
• Experience: At least one (1) year of PT experience (Required); 3-5 years of experience (Preferred).
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (Required with card in-hand before start date).
