Job Details PT- Outpatient needed asapBachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related fieldEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: A valid California drivers license when travel is requiredLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current BLS course completionLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registrationLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Member of APTA preferredQUALIFICATIONS: Able to organize and monitor the work of others.QUALIFICATIONS: Able to relate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital/home health staff in a courteous, professional mannerQUALIFICATIONS: Able to work independently with minimal supervisionQUALIFICATIONS: Analytical and diagnostic ability capable to interpreting patient physicians orders for physical therapy patients and developing an effective treatment plan as neededQUALIFICATIONS: Evidence of automobile insurance when travel is requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Relates well with other staff members and various other hospital personnel in a courteous professional manner at all timesQUALIFICATIONS: Utilizes good oral and written communication skills sufficient to meet the demands of the jobEQUIPMENT USED: Cell phoneEQUIPMENT USED: General office equipment, including computer, printer, calculator, copy machine and other office equipmentEQUIPMENT USED: Physical therapy equipment, such as hot packs, electrical stimulation, modalities, exercise equipment, weights, walking aides, whirlpools, wheelchairs, traction devices, and diathermy Benefits Allied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks and offer generous packages that include:
