• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• New Mexico Physical Therapist License - New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

• Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from an accredited program
• 2 years of experience in rehabilitation
