Northwest Louisiana - Amazing opportunity for a PT to join our outpatient clinic specializing in Sports Medicine and Ortho. We offer excellent benefits, student repayment and a balanced patient case load of 11 per day. You wont find another practice like ours; we focus on treating a balanced case load. Our practice offers residency programs for providers that seek to excel. In addition we offer an mentorship program for new graduates. DPT's treatment patient population; all ages with fewer ped's schedule Mon-Fri 8-5 PM.

Requires a DPT licensed in the state of Louisiana upon start date.

Compensation offers a base with a performance bonus, sign on or relocation 135K first year. Student loan repayment is 6K with medical, dental, vision, short term and long-term disability, HSA with a 3K contribution plus IRA. 3 weeks of PTO plus 6 federal holidays. We offer PT's to choose the number of cases they are most comfortable treating and compensate accordingly with performance bonus.
