Physical Therapist – Brattleboro, VT (Permanent Role)

Shift Type: Days

Shift Options: 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days

Weekend Requirements: 1 Saturday about every 7–8 weeks

Position Overview:

HumanEdge Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a permanent opening in Brattleboro, VT. The PT is responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and continuously assessing progress to adjust goals as needed. This role includes collaborative consultation with other healthcare professionals, accurate and timely documentation, and participation in departmental quality improvement activities, community outreach, and program development.

The Physical Therapist will also supervise PT assistants and at least one affiliating student per year.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (preferred)
• Previous acute care experience (preferred; entry-level accepted)
• Vermont PT license (temporary license acceptable upon entry) – Required
• CPR certification – Required
• At least 2 recent supervisory references – Required
