Physical Therapist - Pinnacle Rehab : Job Details

We're hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for an In-Home Outpatient (IHOP) setting!

This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes and in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). You'll work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from total joint replacements. As the treating therapist, you'll evaluate, supervise, and deliver skilled therapy as prescribed by the attending physician. You'll report to the Director of Rehabilitative Services.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in PT)
• Licensed to practice in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
