Physical Therapist - A-Line Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Provides physical therapy to patients of all age groups, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment programs based on medical referrals and evaluations. Conducts clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness, and prepares and reviews patient care plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation. Plans and provides appropriate treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders, and assists patients with transfer techniques and equipment usage. Provides patient and family education on therapeutic procedures, and oversees other team members as needed. Applies concepts of infection control and universal precautions to prevent contamination and transmission of disease. Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
