We are seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our home health team servicing the South King County area.

Pay: $100k+ depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home Physical Therapy services and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team, caregivers, and patients.
• Document visits efficiently using internal charting system.

Qualifications

• WA Physical Therapist license
• Home health experience preferred
• Must be able to work full-time and drive within South King County
