Physical Therapist - NorthMed Health : Job Details

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 per year, Plus Bonus

Start Date: As soon as possible

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 offered for 2-week out start date!

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our team in a dual-setting role. The ideal candidate will work primarily at a High School providing sports medicine and injury prevention services to student-athletes. When school is not in session or during off-hours, you will provide patient care at our nearby outpatient clinic 5 miles down the road.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality injury evaluation, prevention, and rehabilitation services to student-athletes
• Coordinate care with school staff, coaches, and parents
• Provide outpatient therapy and treatment for a variety of patients in a clinical setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Be flexible in work settings and responsibilities based on athletic seasons and clinic volume

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State (or eligible)
• CPR/AED certified
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality
