Title: Physical Therapist Location: Mission Viejo, CA Job Type: FTE/Permanent Job Summary Provides direct patient care services across assigned areas, including evaluation, assessment, treatment planning based on the functional needs of patients, program development, evaluation of the response to care, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Plans and delivers education to patients, families, peers, and the community, while coordinating services with other healthcare professionals. Functions as a clinical instructor for students and interns, demonstrating advanced skills. Follows an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and competence in critical areas, and supports program components. Promotes organizational goals and objectives. Required Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist License
• National BLS Certification (Heart Association)
• 0-3 years of clinical experience as a practicing therapist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Completed a project or special assignment related to program or staff development
• Experience as a clinical instructor for students and participation in in-service presentations
• Participation in at least one community service event in the past year
• Membership in relevant professional organizations.

Skills and Certifications:

• Physical Therapist License
• National BLS Certification (Heart Association)
• 0-3 years of clinical experience as a practicing therapist.
