Physical Therapist Needed in Pompano Beach, FL

Join an established orthopedic outpatient clinic where your expertise will help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you'll assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement hands-on therapies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, plus a full benefits package

Primary Responsibilities:

• Treat 1-2 patients per hour in an efficient, patient-focused environment
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment to enhance mobility and function
• Establish clear, trackable goals for each patient's rehabilitation process
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on patient care
