Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Tucson, Arizona. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document patient care, progress, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Provide education to patients and caregivers about treatment plans and home exercise programs
Supervise physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
Qualifications
Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Arizona state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Valid CPR certification
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and MS Office
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements
Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Commitment to continuing education and professional development

What you'll get
Compensation Range: $75000 - $90,000 Based on Experience
