Physical Therapist (Full-Time) We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our dynamic team at a not-for-profit, community-based Acute Care Hospital designated as a Critical Access Hospital that is located in the scenic Salinas Valley. These full-time positions offer opportunities to work across both inpatient and outpatient settings. While we welcome new graduates, preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience. Temp-to-perm arrangements will also be considered. Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians using therapeutic procedures and modalities aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life. You'll be working with patients of all ages-from pediatrics to geriatrics-under the direction of the Director of Physical Therapy.
