We're currently hiring Physical Therapists for both Med Surg and Outpatient settings at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, NJ. Whether you're looking to work in a fast-paced hospital unit or prefer the continuity of care found in an outpatient environment, we have a place for you. What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Deliver high-quality therapy that promotes patient strength, mobility, and independence
• Educate patients, families, and nursing staff on exercises and follow-up care to support continued progress
• Communicate patient updates clearly with the care team to ensure seamless, collaborative treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet all clinical, regulatory, and billing requirements
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe for patients and staff
• Uphold all professional and legal standards while following our Code of Conduct

What You'll Need:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A passion for helping others and a team-oriented mindset
