Clinic Details: Our Yukon and Mid-Del clinics are part of 360 Physical Therapy, a brand of Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN). We specialize in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and offer a hands-on, patient-centered care model. Our clinics are well-equipped, staffed with experienced support teams, and led by clinicians who are passionate about mentorship and education. Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based care in a compassionate, supportive manner
- Document evaluations, treatments, re-assessments, and discharge notes
- Collaborate with other therapists and support staff to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and family members on diagnosis, treatment plan, and home exercise programs
- Contribute to clinic success through participation in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing education
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Current Oklahoma state licensure (or eligibility)
