Schedule: 5X8 (Days)= 40 hrs

Travel Weekly Gross: $3046/week

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $76.15/hour

Required Skills & Certifications:

-This Position is for a Home Health Setting

-Therapist must have MN State license and BLS from AHA

-Minimum 2 Years of Experience required
