We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a passionate interdisciplinary team supporting students ages 6–22 with autism and developmental disabilities. Set on a beautiful, residential campus, this role offers the chance to blend clinical skills with meaningful purpose in an educational environment designed for growth, support, and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to students with diverse needs
• Design personalized treatment plans to support mobility, safety, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and families for whole-child care
• Support IEP development, track progress, and contribute to student success
• Be a valued member of a team that truly cares

Schedule:

Monday–Friday |

No weekends or evening shifts—enjoy work-life balance while making a difference

What You Bring:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• MA Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Experience with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
• New grads with passion and heart are encouraged to apply!
