Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet patients' goals
• Create customized programs tailored to patients' specific needs
• Evaluate performance and communicate progress
• Document patient care services

Requirements:

• NY State Physical Therapy License
• Solid orthopedic skills
• Ability to multi-task in an energetic, clinical environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly motivated, organized, attentive to details
• Team player
