We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has a desire to grow as a therapist in orthopedics and sports medicine. Board certification in these areas are preferential, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Monitor and document patient progress in Prompt EMR system
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure in Maine
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment)
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
  • New grads welcome to apply; mentorship available
  • Preference will be given to candidates with strong sports medicine backgrounds and/or those with diverse care experience and specialty certifications

Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year based on experience, qualifications, and specialty certifications
