💪 Physical Therapist – Mishawaka, IN

HealthCare Support is interviewing for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a busy, supportive, and collaborative rehab team in Mishawaka, IN. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of cases, reasonable productivity expectations, and a long-tenured, tight-knit team.

💰 Pay: $42–$48/hr

🗓 Schedule:

• Choose your start time between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Preferred: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Monday–Friday schedules considered

📍 Location: Mishawaka, IN

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, treatments, and care plans
• Treat ortho, cardiac, stability, neuro, and post-hospital transitions
• Support both short-term and long-term rehab patients
• Collaborate with a skilled therapy team

📋 Requirements:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
