Thrive Physical Therapy, PLLC blends outpatient physical therapy with house calls to help anyone who can not get to our clinic and those with neurologic conditions optimize their brain health through exercise. Located in the Greater Rochester, NY area, Thrive offers 1:1 physical therapy and wellness memberships.

Role Description

This is a part to full-time role for a Physical Therapist at Thrive Physical Therapy, PLLC. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care and rehabilitation services in the patient's home for a 60 min long visit. The role is located in Rochester, NY.

Qualifications

• Medicine and Physical Therapy expertise
• Rehabilitation and Patient Care skills
• Experience in Home Care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Physical Therapy license active and without limitation in the state of New York
• Experience working with aging adults and neurologic conditions is a plus
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy or related field
• Valid and clean drivers license
