Physical Therapist - Top Tier Reps : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to delivering high-quality therapy services. This position is primarily focused on outpatient care but may involve work in acute and inpatient rehab settings as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other complex conditions
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to support interdisciplinary care
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and long-term wellness practices
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients and team members

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the State of North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong understanding of physical therapy services in outpatient settings, with experience in acute and/or inpatient rehabilitation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential is a plus
