We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to delivering high-quality therapy services. This position is primarily focused on outpatient care but may involve work in acute and inpatient rehab settings as needed. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other complex conditions
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to support interdisciplinary care
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and long-term wellness practices
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients and team members
Required Qualifications - Active Physical Therapist license issued by the State of North Carolina
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong understanding of physical therapy services in outpatient settings, with experience in acute and/or inpatient rehabilitation preferred
