Physical Therapist – Full-Time Days

A great opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist Oklahoma. This is a full-time, day shift position working with a dedicated Physical Medicine team to provide exceptional care to patients in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Set goals and provide ongoing physical therapy treatment
• Document care in accordance with departmental policies
• Supervise physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and aides
• Coordinate care and communicate with referring physicians

This role requires regular physical activity and may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, mechanical equipment, and biohazards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (preferred)
• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure under the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Practice Act (must complete licensure within 6 months of hire)
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in physical therapy (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance (if driving a company or personal vehicle for work purposes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.64 - $53.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
