As a DPT, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for managing their conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting (preferably with diverse patient populations).
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and modalities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
