About the job Physical Therapist - Blythe, CA Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Correctional Facility, Blythe, California Pay Rate: $73.00 to $75.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time contract for 6 to 9 months, with potential for extension

• 3 days per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Minimum of 12 months of recent experience (within the last 3 years) providing direct patient care in a public or private healthcare setting
• Current and valid California Physical Therapy license (hard copy required)
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Drivers License or Passport)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Demonstrated clinical competency in accordance with professional standards

• Provide therapy based on a physicians referral and documented orders
• Deliver services through direct access for patients presenting an existing, documented diagnosis requiring Physical Therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare and custody staff to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care
