We're seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who's hands-on, motivated, and ready to make a daily difference.

• Restore Function - Deliver effective therapy sessions based on individualized PT plans.
• Evaluate & Document - Assist with assessments and maintain accurate progress notes using our EMR.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines - Work closely with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to provide holistic, resident-focused care.
• Keep Patients on Track - Motivate residents and adjust treatments to maximize functional outcomes.
• Weekly direct deposit for secure, predictable pay. Qualifications:
• Current NY State Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
