Responsibilities: - Monitor staff productivity and set expectations for subordinates. - Monitor facilities profit margins and prioritize action plans for focus buildings. - Act as a liaison for facility administration and nursing management. - Assists facilities in clinical, financial, compliance and training activities. - Responsible for promoting new program development and implementation. - Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines is met. - Perform on-site visits to facilities on a regular basis. - Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation. - Ensure compliance of all staff with adherence with State Practice Acts Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S. or Doctorate in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy. - Holds a current license and/or registration in the state as applicable. - Has at least 5 years of clinical experience. - Management and /or supervisory experience preferred.
