Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Setting Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Signing-On Incentives Available A dedicated PTA is needed to join an outpatient rehabilitation team, working with patients to assist in recovery and improve mobility through evidence-based therapy techniques. Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting findings to the Physical Therapist.
• Ensure proper use of therapy equipment and maintain treatment areas.
• Educate and support patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques.
• Assist in fitting patients for orthopedic braces, prostheses, and assistive devices.
• Provide compassionate care while fostering a positive rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification and BLS preferred.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
