Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state guidelines
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory requirements
• Ensure that all necessary physician orders are current and complete

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state
• Strong organizational and communication skills
