Will monitor and test compliance with Company security policies and applicable laws such as Bank Protection Act. Coordinate investigation and reporting of security incidents. Assist with security policy development and maintenance and the design of security policy education, training, and awareness activities.Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the positionSustains physical security procedures and processes for all of the Company locations, plans for reducing or eliminating premises liability issues, and site analysis and threat assessment documentationAssists in corporate investigative practices and standards and helps investigate all suspected internal and external criminal violations, suspicious incidents, and policy violations that may become security issuesEstablishes and maintains satisfactory liaison with law enforcement officers in the geographical areas where the Company is located and maintains files for emergency services agenciesMaintains branch security of all clear signals, combinations, alarms, and key control, robbery investigations, suspicious branch activity, and security guard requestsWorks with security vendors to ensure the functionality of alarm systems and camera functionalityCoordinates with technology and business groups such as Informational Security, Business Continuity, Facilities, and Information TechnologyFollows physical security monitoring programSalary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.Geographic Location:Naples, FL: $65,600 - $81,000 (Annually)Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a First Foundation Inc. position. Currently, we cannot sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an Employment Visa.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Education And/or ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in banking, preferably in physical securityPrior experience working with third-party security vendors and contractorsSkillsFamiliarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to physical security.Experience conducting physical security assessments, penetration testing, and analysis.Knowledge of enterprise-level security systems integration and management.Proficiency in incident management software and reporting tools.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.Communication skills necessary to write and describe complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.Analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls effectivelyPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
