Physical Plant Director - Eastern New Mexico University : Job Details

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Physical Plant Director is both a strategic and operational hands-on position which, with limited supervision, is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all physical plant functions including, but not limited to, overseeing the maintenance and operation of all physical buildings and grounds, the construction and/or remodeling of facilities, and the development and management of the physical plants budget and inventories. In addition, the Director of Physical Plant supervises all physical plant personnel, manages the utilization and maintenance of the institutions vehicles, snow plowing operations, utilities, security systems and oversees the implementation of fire and safety programs.
