About the Role

As a leader in artificial intelligence, EY is investing heavily in its AI & Data practice. You will help clients leverage Physical AI and robotics to meet strategic goals, designing scalable solutions that integrate data sources and optimize AI systems. Your expertise will support clients in navigating complex data science, modeling, and engineering challenges across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement scalable AI systems tailored to business needs.
• Enhance data pipelines and storage for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize machine learning models for high performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated AI solutions.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience; 8-10+ years in consulting or similar roles.
• Experience managing technical teams and client engagements.
• Proficiency in robotics platforms, AI frameworks, cloud computing, and programming (Python preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
