Location: Antioch, TennesseeJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 80 per hourWe are seeking a professional and experienced corporate headshot photographer for a three-day on-site event. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up a professional mobile studio, directing a high volume of individuals, and capturing high-quality headshots that align with our company's brand identity. The photographer must be able to create a comfortable and engaging environment to bring out the best in each subject.Dates: September 22nd - September 24th Responsibilities:Pre-Event Preparation:Consult with the client to understand specific branding guidelines, including desired background, lighting style, and posing.Ensure all necessary professional-grade equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, backdrops, etc.) is in optimal condition and ready for the shoot.On-Site Execution (September 22-24):Set up a professional and efficient mobile photo studio at the designated location.Manage a fast-paced schedule, photographing a large number of employees in a short time frame.Provide clear and effective direction to each individual, guiding them on posing and expression to achieve a confident and approachable look.Maintain a positive, professional, and comfortable atmosphere throughout the sessions.Adhere to a consistent style and composition for all headshots to ensure a cohesive look for the company's website and marketing materials.Post-Production:Select and deliver a set of high-quality, edited images for each employee within the agreed-upon timeframe.Qualifications:Proven experience in corporate headshot and portrait photography.A strong portfolio showcasing examples of professional headshots.Proficiency with professional camera equipment, studio lighting, and tethered shooting setups.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to put people at ease.Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high-volume schedule.An eye for detail, composition, and lighting.Dependable and punctual with professional attire.
