Photo Retoucher Opportunity in Seattle

Our client in Seattle is looking to hire a photo retoucher. This person will be working with food and beverage products for marketing campaigns. The designs will be used for digital, print, and instore marketing.

  • Food and beverage product experience is preferred
  • 5+ years experience retouching both print and digital assets in Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Photoshop
  • 5+ years in compositing (Need to see compositing in the portfolios)
  • Strong written/verbal communication: ability to manage multiple projects and once with competing schedules and deadlines
Description

Oversees the execution of product visual asset deliverables according to established photo post-production workflows. Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies. Ensures that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results. Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Communicates, maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. Helps identify and streamline process improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

An experienced retoucher that specializes in compositing (Clean up and color correction are givenscompositing is something that will separate the good from the great. We'd like to see compositing in the portfolios.) Is well-organized and willing to stick to our nit-picky file building and naming processes Can function independently (after on-boarding) But can work as part of a team to divide work and match a look to the rest of that work (important for both our established photo library and for dividing up a seasonal promo) Doesn't mind boring image processing (like backing up/renaming files, making multiple versions of an image, etc.) Understands CMYK work in addition to RGB

Support photoshoot post production Create post-production instructions / Retouch and refine visual assets according to established specifications Asset management support Production logistics Freelance creative teams Delivering content for in store and social platforms Managing photo production with cross functional working with BUs creative teams

Mac OS Adobe Photoshop Adobe Bridge Adobe Experience Manager (our current digital asset management system) Figma / PowerPoint / Acrobat (for retouching notes, shoot documents, approval and version tracking)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
