Phone call volunteers for Hospice Patients - APEX Hospice and Palliative Care : Job Details

Apex Hospice is looking for people with phone skills. If you can communicate well by phone, have great listening skills and love people, we have a job for you!

Volunteering with patients and families that are facing terminal illness can be one of the most rewarding ways to spend your time. AND...you can make an immense difference from the comfort of your own home.

This job focuses on customer care and satisfaction. Volunteers are asked to call hospice patients or their family members to 'check in' and make sure that their needs are being covered by our team. We love our patients and their families and we want to make sure we are with them every step of the way.

Volunteers will be trained and fully equipped for this role. Volunteers will be required to complete a background check and orientation.
