PHN II - School Nurse - County of Dare North Carolina : Job Details

Performs intermediate skilled technical work within Dare County school system providing treatment and preventive care to patients, providing educational information to patients and the community, responding to emergency situations in the clinical area, developing/revising guidelines, policies, and procedures, preparing and maintaining files and records, and preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Public Health Nurse II School Lead and the Public Health Nurse Supervisor. This is a 10 month position located in Manteo. Transcripts must be submitted with application to be considered for the position.
