Utilizes Systems For Identification, Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Specimens, Adhering To Internal And External Policies And Regulations. 3. Recognizes And Evaluates The Presence Of Complications In Collecting Blood And Selects Appropriate Solutions For Them (I. E.
