Phlebotomist - PRIDE Health : Job Details

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Branson, MO! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Branson, MO 65616

Shift Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST

Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and skillful venipuncture, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification and labeling in the presence of the patient.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality of patient information.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for patients.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Travel to and cover multiple locations with minimal notice, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
