Job Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Binghamton, NY 13903

Duration: 3+ Months

Shift: Night Rotational

Pay Rate: $27/hr - $30/hr

Required: 1 year Phlebotomist experience

Skills:

-Three (3) months of phlebotomy experience in an acute care setting.

-Knowledge of patient registration and lab test order entry.

-Knowledge of laboratory specimen processing procedures.

Duties:

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures in compliance with required patient identification protocols for both inpatients and outpatients.

Conduct venipuncture (venous and capillary) procedures.

Perform 24-hour urine collection and random urine collection.

Administer H. pylori breath tests.

Conduct glucose tolerance testing.
