Phlebotomist - PRIDE Health : Job Details

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Hanford, CA. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Job Summary:

The Patient Services Representative serves as the face of the company to patients, drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing in a safe, professional, and compassionate manner. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality care by ensuring patient comfort, specimen accuracy, and adherence to procedural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures and capillary collections (including pediatric and geriatric patients) accurately and safely.
• Prepare specimens for testing and verify patient identification and documentation.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and safe collection environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and clients.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Minimum 1 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric draws
• California state Phlebotomy License

Additional Information:

• Location: Hanford, CA
• Job Type: 13-wks contract
• Pay Range: $20 - $24 hourly
• Shifts: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Weekdays
