Phlebotomist - Health Advocates Network : Job Details

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Phlebotomist** to work at a Facility in **Sterling , CO.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.**Pay Rate:** $20 / hour*W2**Shift Details:**+ Open to part and full time**Minimum** **Qualifications:**+ **At least one year (12 months) of experience in Phlebotomy**+ Must have up to date credentials in the state of **CO**+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)+ Ability to build rapport with patients+ Compassionate and caring demeanor+ Familiarity with medical terminology**Job Responsibilities (not limited to):**+ Collect and store blood samples from patients+ Distribute samples to designated departments+ Monitor storage and inventory of supplies+ Maintain clean and healthy work environment+ Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures+ Practice proper patient identification+ Label vials with patient names and dates+ Decipher the best method for drawing blood depending on the specific patient+ Expect to work with many patients varying in age and health status+ Be friendly, courteous and sympathetic when it comes to working with patients+ Keep your phlebotomy cart or station well-organized+ Practice infection control standards at all times when working with patients and equipment**Note:**+ Start dates, schedules or contract length information will be discussed during the interview processIf interested, please apply through this job post.
