** Key Details:**
- Pay: $19.50 - $22.50/hour DOE
- Bilingual Pay Policy: We also have a Bilingual Pay Policy! If you pass the language proficiency test, you are eligible to receive a $1.25 per hour increase
- Schedule: Full-time; M-F; (Mon 11am-7:30pm, Tue-Thurs 10am-6:30pm, and Fri 9am-5:30pm)

Who You Are:
- Certified by a nationally accredited phlebotomy program
- Current BLS certification
- Organized and detail oriented, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly
- A clear and compassionate communicator who helps patients feel at ease
- Quick thinking and adaptable when challenges arise
- A collaborative team member who brings positivity to the workplace
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ready to pass a pre employment background check

** Preferred Qualifications:**
- Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Experience in primary care settings
- Familiarity with OCHIN Epic and HIPAA compliance
- Experience supporting patients facing barriers to care
What You'll Do: As a Phlebotomist at Wallace, you'll play a key role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring smooth patient care and clinic operations, both in our main clinic and occasionally in mobile clinic settings. You responsibilities will include:
- Collecting blood samples with care and precision, always keeping patient comfort and safety in mind
- Performing Point of Care Testing to help providers make timely, informed decisions
- Confirming patient identity and labeling specimens accurately to ensure reliable lab results
- Reviewing test orders with patients to clarify procedures and avoid any confusion
- Safely centrifuge and prepare samples for processing, following all lab protocols
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by practicing consistent infection control
- Following up on missing lab results using Beacon or by contacting LabCorp to ensure timely reporting
- Documenting all procedures and interactions thoroughly to support high quality care
